A former school building that housed one of Belgium’s last Art Deco swimming pool has been restored and converted into a library, tourism office and museum. Iduna developed several Nova shelving with multiple accessories to equip the entire library area. Some of these shelving, placed in the centre of the building, are surrounded by a glass corridor that serves as a membrane and allows to see the old swimming pool, while others run along the outer perimeter, most notably the curved shelf’s design contours the “edge of the pool”.
